Protein intake more than 30% in total calorie leads people towards Ketozenic diet it means the level of Ketones increase in our body which is a toxic element.Our body needs carbohydrates to make energy,when we need energy it is forced to burn body,fat and protein to make energy.When our body begins to burn body fat, ketons can accumulate in our body and when dangerous level of ketones accumulate in the body, people lead towards diabetic coma.Even people can suffer from  internal organs as our body burns the protein in our heart tissue,liver and kidneys for energy.Due to it our organ can be fail.We also feel like weakness,pain and stinging smell of sweat. 

Causes which type of disease


 According to researches Protein diets are high in animal protein and animal protein creates an acidic environment in our body and it leads formation of kidney stone.High protein diets stress our kidney for work harder than normal.Because proteins are very hard to digest.
So please guys just drink more water if you are on protein diet.....because kidneys are responsible for filtering substances like protein from our blood. So a high protein diet can put strain on kidneys, those who are suffering from kidneys problems suggested by a doctor should avoid such protein diet.

People who are suffering from joint pain diseases should not take high protein diet because our body  leeches calcium from bones according some scientist,the reason behind it, for the absorption of protein  calcium is more compulsory and body absorbs calcium from bones and lack of calcium ion in body injurious for us, so we feel joint pain.

Research from the University of Southern California says; that middle-aged adults who eat a diet high in animal protein are four times more likely to diefrom cancer than those who consume a low-protein diet.

Some gym instructor prefer high protein diet for weight loss and for making a body like celebrity, because protein leads the brain to receive lower levels of appetite-stimulating.They suggest 6 to 8 egg in a day or Protein supplement.
According to some researches protein supplement is not harmful for those who belongs from sport and do hard exercise but supplement with Steroid is not a god choice for losing weight.  
Some people now these days avoiding carbohydrates like bread, pasta, potatoes and rice as they want weight loss.Protein based diets helps you feel full longer and stabilize your blood sugar levels, but they also carry certain risks.
