BODY MASS INDEX A HEALTH PARAMETER

HELLO DEAR FRIENDS, We always talk about our health and fitness,do lots of things to become a fit. But readers do you know a one small single thing about health parameters. Oh dear friends don't worry I'm here to talk about these parameters. we start with BMI that is called "Body Mass Index". BMI an approximate measure of whether someone is over- or underweight, calculated by dividing their weight in kilograms by the square of their height in meters. BMI also contains some following healthy parameters that is given below..... 1- ANAEROBIC CAPACITY 2-LOWER BODY STRENGTH 3-UPPER BODY STRENGTH 4-ABDOMINAL BODY STRENGTH Now a days youths are unaware with these parameters of BMI that is why lack of healthy BMI occurs in children and youth. Some experts say the primary reason is lack of physical activities,out door-games,increasing electronic gadgets,vanishing play ground and moreover the culture of nuclear families. Metro cities apartments have finished our culture of neighbor hood very fast. Guys every one wants to be fit but no one wants to go out side for playing games and all, all are busy with their gadgets in rooms.If we want to be fit we should start to go out from our home and start some activities like playing games,gouging,exercising and all those thing what we had done in our past......WAKE UP DEAR GO GO...LETS LIVE YOUR LIFE.Be fit and healthy.
