Raw Vegetables Keep Your Digestive System Strong

Now a days every where, we can see the trend of  FAST FOOD, people are enjoying and they love fast food very much,but they don't know its consequences. As time will pass, many diseases will affect our internal system, if you can stop this thing it will be the best thing for good health.

If you all want to be remain fit for life long, one thing is must, you should take raw vegetables and fruits daily in your DIET. According to doctors and Dieticians there is no any kind of substitute of Raw Vegetables and Fruits.
                                                         
                                                   


Now a days,  fitness is big a matter for everyone. we all want to be fit and healthy. One thing is more important to make our Digestive System and Metabolism strong that is heavy intake of fruits and vegetables. Raw vegetables and Fruits contains sufficient amount of  MINERALS,VITAMINS and  ENZYMES. These Enzymes help in digestion process and keep Metabolic process high. These raw fruits also have enough amount of ANTIOXIDANTS which help to reduce the problem of High Blood Pressure.

We should take raw vegetable and fruit at the time of breakfast, with lunch and dinner also. Because these vegetables and fruits are enrich of FIBER AND MINERALS. After eating fiber rich food ,we feel like we have eaten enough.

                                                 

For an example if you are going to enjoy PIZZA than before eating pizza you should take salad, and if you are going to enjoy ICE CREAM you should eat fruit.

There are many sources of VITAMINS in market in the form of Medicines.But these Medicines have long term side effect for our internal and external system of body. Many researches have  proved that to be cure from MENSTRUATION every women should definitely take one raw vegetable and fruit daily.
